Sonic Surge shows his strength
With revenge in mind, previously introduced villain Sonic Surge makes it his mission to defeat the Black Shadow. Sonic surge has the ability to create powerful bolts of electricity and he uses this to trash the town of Lodi and eventually the Black Shadow defends his town. Now he must face his most deadly foe yet.
