One flew over the...the...I Forget the rest
When a super powered psychologically disturbed mental patient escapes from the insane asylum Lodi finds itself in a world of trouble. The man who calls himself Triclops, because of the third eye tattooed on his chest, has the ability of telekinesis, the ability to move things with his mind. He makes quick work of the police force and he soon takes over the entire town. The Black Shadow finds it almost impossible to lay a hand on this powerful foe. It will take everything Bruce has to take down this villain.
